No, not at this time, as none of the doctors have opened their books recently. But, if you are seen routinely through the walk-in clinic, they may consider taking you on when they open their books in the future.
Yes! We are open to the public - you do NOT have to be a family practice patient to access our walk-in clinic.
Yes! We now accept debit, credit, and cash for all three family practice and walk-in physicians. You can even pay via credit card over the phone if you wish.
As the doctors prefer to do everything by appointment, we generally do not accept prescription renewal requests via fax from your pharmacy, unless you are a blister pack patient or a patient through Options Northwest. If you are a blister pack patient, please have your pharmacy indicate specifically when faxing us. Faxes will not make it through the filter system without this identifier.
The walk-in clinic schedule changes week to week, depending on what the doctors are available. General hours can be found on the Hours or Walk-In Clinic page, but please check our Facebook page or speak with reception for this week's walk-in clinic availability.
Sometimes it can be difficult to reach us - some days we get hundreds of calls! Please be patient with us - we are trying to answer as many calls as possible, but we can't get to every single one. It's usually busiest first thing in the morning (between 9-1030), right after lunch (1-230) and right before we close for the day (330-4). We encourage you to try calling outside of these times.
The walk-in clinic line will not be answered until the registration for each day that we have a clinic actively running. If there is no clinic, the walk-in clinic line will remain unavailable. No, unfortunately not. Please print out any documents you need prior to your appointment. We are not able to print things for you at the office.
No, we do not accept emails from patients.
