You’ll find us at our new home at 1260 Golf Links Road, next door to Oak Medical Arts – River Terrace Pharmacy.
Both the clinic and pharmacy will continue to operate independently, but we’re excited to work side by side — two trusted local healthcare teams, together in one convenient location.
All appointments will continue as scheduled, and we’ll contact patients directly if any changes are needed.
